AmpliX NO sustituye al tacógrafo digital. Esta aplicación es estrictamente una herramienta de apoyo preventivo e informativo para la planificación del conductor. No constituye un registro legal oficial ni tiene validez jurídica ante inspecciones de transporte. La única fuente de verdad legal es siempre el tacógrafo del vehículo.

1. Nature of Service & Critical Legal Notice / Naturaleza del Servicio y Aviso Legal Crítico

AmpliX is a preventive support and planning application for professional drivers. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE TACHOGRAPH: This application is not an official legal record. Under no circumstances does it replace the digital tachograph or mandatory shift records required by current regulations. INFORMATIVE CHARACTER: Calculations, alerts, and shift summaries are for informational purposes only. The interpretation of regulations (Regulation EC 561/2006 and others) is a simplification to facilitate planning and does not guarantee legal compliance during an inspection.

AmpliX es una aplicación de apoyo preventivo y planificación para conductores profesionales. NO SUSTITUYE AL TACÓGRAFO: Esta aplicación no es un registro legal oficial. Bajo ninguna circunstancia sustituye al tacógrafo digital ni a los registros de jornada obligatorios por la normativa vigente. CARÁCTER INFORMATIVO: Los cálculos, alertas y resúmenes de jornada son meramente informativos. La interpretación de la normativa (Reglamento CE 561/2006 y otros) es una simplificación para facilitar la planificación y no garantiza el cumplimiento legal ante una inspección.

2. User Responsibility / Responsabilidad del Usuario

The user is solely responsible for: Entering true and accurate start and end-of-shift data; complying with driving and rest times set by law and their official tachograph; and manually verifying any alert or calculation provided by the application before making decisions on the road.

El usuario es el único responsable de: Introducir datos veraces y exactos de inicio y fin de jornada; cumplir con los tiempos de conducción y descanso marcados por la ley y por su tacógrafo oficial; y verificar manualmente cualquier alerta o cálculo proporcionado por la aplicación antes de tomar decisiones en carretera.

3. Privacy & Data Storage / Privacidad y Almacenamiento de Datos

LOCAL STORAGE: AmpliX operates 100% offline. All data is stored exclusively in your device's local memory (LocalStorage). BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY: The developer does not have access to your data nor keeps backups on external servers. In case of loss, theft, or browser cache deletion, data will be permanently lost. It is the user's responsibility to regularly use the "Backup" or "Export PDF/CSV" functions.

ALMACENAMIENTO LOCAL: AmpliX funciona de forma 100% offline. Todos los datos se almacenan exclusivamente en la memoria local de su dispositivo (LocalStorage). RESPONSABILIDAD DE BACKUP: El desarrollador no tiene acceso a sus datos ni guarda copias de seguridad en servidores externos. En caso de pérdida, robo del dispositivo o borrado de caché del navegador, los datos se perderán permanentemente. Es responsabilidad del usuario utilizar la función de "Copia de Seguridad" o "Exportar PDF/CSV" regularmente.

4. Technical Operation & Limitations / Funcionamiento Técnico y Limitaciones

The application calculates the elapsed time between the manual start and end of the shift. It does not detect automatic movement or distinguish between activity types (driving, work, availability). The 13h, 15h, and 6h alerts are preventive reminders based on standard parameters and may not cover all specific legal exceptions.

La aplicación calcula el tiempo transcurrido entre el inicio y el fin manual de la jornada. No detecta movimiento automático ni distingue entre tipos de actividad (conducción, trabajo, disponibilidad). Las alertas de 13h, 15h y 6h son recordatorios preventivos basados en parámetros estándar y pueden no cubrir todas las excepciones legales específicas.

5. Financial Information & Payroll / Información Financiera y Nómina

Earnings, per diem, and bonus calculations are estimates based on user settings. They do not constitute a commercial, accounting, or tax document, and have no validity for labor claims against third parties.

Los cálculos de ganancias, dietas y pluses son estimaciones basadas en la configuración personalizada del usuario. No constituyen un documento mercantil, contable ni fiscal, y no tienen validez para reclamaciones laborales frente a terceros.

6. Exclusion of Liability / Exclusión de Responsabilidad

The developer of AmpliX is not responsible for: Traffic sanctions or fines derived from the use of the app; technical errors or calculation inaccuracies; or loss of data due to device or local storage failure.

El desarrollador de AmpliX no se hace responsable de: Sanciones o multas de tráfico derivadas del uso de la aplicación; errores técnicos, imprecisiones en los cálculos o fallos en el sistema de notificaciones; o pérdida de datos por fallos en el dispositivo o en el almacenamiento local.

7. Modifications / Modificaciones

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms and the application's features at any time to adapt them to legislative changes or technical improvements.

El desarrollador se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y las funcionalidades de la aplicación en cualquier momento para adaptarlos a cambios legislativos o mejoras técnicas.
